Steps
Log in to the Oracle APEX workspace
Click on SQL Workshop
Click Utilities from the landing page
Click Sample Datasets
Click the Install button towards the left of "HR Data"
Click Next
Click Install Dataset
The process may take a few seconds to complete. Once completed click exit and use the object browser to review the database objects.
