Steps to Create Theme Style
Log in to Oracle APEX Workspace and run the application
Select "Customize" from the developer toolbar and then select "Theme Roller"
Select a base theme style and change the options.
Try different options and to save the changes click "Save"
Provide a name for the new theme style and click save.
Changing Theme Style from App Builder
Log in to Oracle APEX workspace and open the application.
Navigate to Shared Component --> User Interface --> User Interface Attributes
Under the "Attributes" set the theme style
Click Apply Changes and run the application.
